  • This melee will be set up with a wall marked with a single gate, and a bridge indicating a "mine" dug under the wall.  Fencers will be divided into two teams, with each getting a chance to both attack and defend.
  • The mine will be fought until either the attackers (the Ottoman Turks) or the defenders (Austrians) reaches the opposite end of the mine.
  • If the Turks reach the defenders side first, a hold will be called, and a "bomb" will considered to have been set. The mine will remain open for the rest of the battle.
  • If the Austrians reach the attacking side first. The mine has been collapsed, and the mine be closed, leaving only the gate as an entry point.
  • The Austrians will have unlimited resurrections, the Turks, three.
  • The battle will continue until a member of the Ottoman forces steps into the "goal" marked inside the wall. This will be considered a Ottoman victory.
  • The city will be considered to have not fallen, and the Austrians won, if the Turks run out of resurrections without having achieved their goal.
